Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 13 September 2026 · Last updated: 13 September 2026

These Terms govern use of Apna Spot by customers and listing owners. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use the platform lawfully and provide accurate information.

1. Marketplace role

Apna Spot provides technology for discovering listings, sending booking requests, communicating, recording booking/payment status and managing support workflows. Property owners remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, availability, facilities, house rules and service actually offered at their property.

2. User responsibilities

3. Owner responsibilities

4. Bookings and availability

A booking becomes confirmed according to the status shown in the app. Availability is calculated from active booking periods. When the booked period ends, the room can become available again according to the booking schedule and conflict rules.

5. Payments

Where online payment is enabled, payment processing may be provided by a third-party payment gateway. The app may record payment IDs, order IDs, status, amounts and refund references required for the booking. Payment-provider or bank processing times may apply.

6. Verified check-in

For supported bookings, the owner may send a check-in OTP to the customer's Apna Spot notifications. Check-in is treated as verified only after the owner enters the correct customer OTP. Sending an OTP alone is not a verified check-in.

7. Safety, suspension and moderation

Apna Spot may review reports, suspend listings, block accounts, reject KYC or take other proportionate action where fraud, safety risks, policy violations or unlawful activity are reasonably suspected.

8. Support and disputes

Use the in-app Help & Support workflow for booking, payment, listing, account, safety or technical issues. You may also email support@apnaspot.in.

9. Changes

Terms may be updated as features, payment arrangements or legal requirements change. The updated date on this page identifies the current version.
